I completed my PhD in the Quantitative Life Sciences (QLS) program at McGill University in 2025. I am currently an elected member of the Young Investigator Committee of the International Genetic Epidemiology Society. I completed my M.Sc. in the School of Computer Science at McGill University in 2022, supervised by Joelle Pineau and Brent Richards and was affiliated with Mila as well as the Lady Davis Institute at the Jewish General Hospital. I completed my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Biology at McGill University in 2020.

  • My research has allowed me to contribute to publications published or accepted in peer-reviewed journals, including The New England Journal of Medicine, Nature Genetics, Nature Metabolism, Lancet Haematology, European Heart Journal , Diabetes Care, Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism , Communications Medicine, Communications Biology, and many more.
  • My research has been supported by a Canada Graduate Scholarships Doctoral (CGS-D) Award (113,333 CAD), an FRQS Doctoral Training Fellowship (84,000 CAD), and a Lady Davis Institute / TD Bank Studentship (20,000 CAD).
  • In addition to these major fellowships, I have been fortunate to receive 53 additional honors and awards, including international or institutional research fellowships, travel awards, publication awards, presentation awards, and competitions.
  • In the past, I was the first Canadian intern at Hinge Health (now IPO’d, raising $437.3M), and in 2021 was selected as a world finalist in the $500k USD XPrize Pandemic Response Challenge.
